Eden Homes was setup by Guy Avital and Isaac Cohen as a brokerage/acquisition firm. Established in 2005, the specialist commercial property group has grown organically, initially developing houses on the outskirts of London.
The company rapidly grew between 2005 and 2009 through its proven strategy of buying, selling and refurbishing apartments and houses, and brokering deals through its connection. Since then, Eden Homes has specialised in commercial brokerage of deals such as obtaining pubs and office blocks and changing their uses to residential to provide homes, to address the increasing shortage of homes in London and further afield.
Eden Homes has access to deals that are unattainable elsewhere thanks to its proven track record and integral relationships. They have the ability to act, exchange and complete deals within 24 hours, and despite its rapid growth, all deals are still presented to both Guy and Isaac for their sign off. If the deals are complex, they are turned into a brokerage deal.
